Exchange + Refund
If you are not happy with your purchase or made an error in purchasing we offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is still sealed and completely unused. (unless faulty or an error on our part)
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. Please ask for a proof of postage at your post office. We regret that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
